WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
FOR PRINTS
Every artwork is made to order, so production occurs before shipping. The shipping estimates below refer only to carrier transit time after your order has been completed and shipped; they do not include production time. We select the most appropriate available carrier based on the artwork, order size, and destination. Standard carrier transit generally ranges from 1–7 business days after shipment. You will receive tracking information when your order ships.
SHIPPING PRICES are based on the order total and destination. Expedited shipping refers to carrier transit after production and does not shorten the time required to produce your artwork.

** Oversized artwork may require crating, freight delivery, or additional shipping charges. Pieces with a long side greater than 40 inches or a short side greater than 30 inches may be affected. See the Large Artwork and Crating section below for details.
LARGE ARTWORK AND CRATING
Metal prints larger than 30 × 40 inches and up to 40 × 60 inches: $15 required crating fee
Metal prints larger than 40 × 60 inches: $20 required crating fee
Artwork longer than 40 inches that must be shipped flat may require freight delivery. Contact us for a freight quote and allow additional time for quote preparation, production, and freight transit.
Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests
APO orders are shipped through USPS and charged at the full shipping cost.Shipping outside the continental United States, expedited service, and other special shipping arrangements are charged at the applicable full cost.
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
Quotes are available for oversized orders, freight shipments, and international destinations.
Please contact us with the artwork or items you are considering and the complete shipping destination.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS? Because every artwork is made to order, all sales are final and we do not accept discretionary returns or exchanges. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, keep the artwork and all original packaging and contact us within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label. After the issue has been reviewed and verified, we will provide further instructions and arrange an appropriate replacement. Do not return or ship artwork unless we instruct you to do so.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. A cancellation or change may be possible only if production has not begun. Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
